Director of Creative Services

Position Overview:

The Director of Creative Services is a Corporate Board position and is the main creative and technical backbone of the HOBY South Dakota Organization. This position assists the organization in maintaining many technical aspects that keep the organization running smoothly. This position is also the main person who creates all the necessary artwork/graphics for the organization.

Position Duties:

1. Maintaining and updating the HOBY South Dakota websites
2. Making sure that HOBY SD is following HOBY branding guidelines
3. Designing the annual seminar’s tshirt design & program book covers
4. Design apparel and other items for HOBY SD Store
5. Helping with graphic materials for anyone on the Corporate/Seminar Board
6. Keeping accurate list of HOBY SD passwords
7. Maintaining Email accounts and group lists
8. Maintaining the HOBY SD File Collective
9. Takes Photos/Video during the seminar to create a memory DVD to sell

Knowledge, Experience, & Skills Required:

1. Basic to Intermediate WordPress experience and knowledge
2. Team player — willing to help out where needed
3. Individual should be professional, detail oriented, and able to multitask
4. Knowledge of Google Suite
5. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
6. Knowledge of creative a video from raw footage/photos

Additional Skills & Knowledge (Not Required)

1. HTML and CSS
2. Canva.com
3. Brand Management Experience
4. Creating and Setting up artwork for Screen Printing (T-shirts)

Requirements & Commitment

1. Background Check
2. Must be at least 21+
3. 2 Year Commitment
4. Monthly Meeting Attendance (Virtually or In-Person)
