Position Overview:
The Secretary/Treasurer is responsible for managing the finances of the Chapter and developing/managing the budget and payout of expenses. Works with Clubs to make sure they are managing their books properly. Maintains Alumni membership database. Interacts with Chapter Financial Advisor. Takes/publishes Chapter Board meeting minutes. Is responsible for Chapter Fundraising Activities. Produces some of the official correspondence from the Chapter. Depending on the size of the Chapter, this position might be split into two positions.
Minimum Knowledge, Experience, & Skills Required:
- Experience in using QuickBooks is helpful
